Fruit juice, soda, beer, liquor, wine and whisky from Corsica
All over the Island, we can find Corsican vines which represent eight
lands A.O.C. ! Four grape varieties dominate: wine, the "vermentinu",
it is similar to the "Malvoisie", red and rosé, the "grenache",
the "sciaccarellu" and the "niellucciu" (typé syrrah).
The liquor are another speciality of the Island.They are prepared from
all plants and fruits of the maquis: clementine, myrtle, sweet chestnut,
nut, anise, but also raspberry, orange and other fruits (citron a sort
of lemon).
